How fast will I receive my order?

-The current turn-around-time is 5-7 weeks once order is placed. (This will change during oct.-Jan due to high volume of orders)

 I decided I don't want my order anymore, can I cancel?

-There will be no refunds accepted after 48 hours of order being placed. I buy all materials as needed for each individual order.

What type of metal do you use?

- Our pieces are made from high quality 925 Sterling silver, Titanium, or 14k/18k Gold / White Gold. (We do have one men's stainless-steel ring)

Can I wear my Jewelry Every day?

- Non plated Jewelry (Silver 925 sterling silver, 14k/18k gold, or Titanium) can be worn daily. Plated sterling silver (Rose Gold or Gold) should not be exposed to water or harsh chemicals often or there is possibility of wearing down the plating.

How much Milk/Ashes do I send and where do I send them?

-I need 1oz of breastmilk or 1/4 tbsp of ashes (a pinch) I will send back any remaining ashes with your completed piece. You will get detailed instructions on how and where to send your inclusions by email once your order is placed.

I have an idea for a piece that I want made but don't see it on your site.
